ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - The Odessa Chamber of Commerce brought together local business leaders and innovators today for its first Annual Banquet and inaugural State of the Community event, presented by Oxy.

Held at the Odessa Marriott Hotel and Conference Center, the gathering served as a celebration of chamber accomplishments while looking ahead to the region's future.
