SCOTT COUNTY, Miss.

(WLBT/Gray News) - A man in Mississippi was cited after authorities said he was illegally moving a manufactured home when it became stuck and blocked a highway.

The incident happened Thursday, Aug. 27, according to the Mississippi State Fire Marshal's Office.
