A New Braunfels woman was arrested Wednesday on charges of possession or accessing computer-generated child pornography and bestiality, according to the New Braunfels Police Department.

NBPD said they were contacted by the Rock Island County Sheriff's Office on June 29, 2026, about an ongoing child pornography investigation in their area.

Through this investigation, Rock Island County became aware of 35-year-old Michelle Nicole Johnson, a New Braunfels resident, who was connected with the possession and distribution of child pornography or bestiality, according to NBPD.
