ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - A Texas district court has awarded a man more than $11 million for a years-long campaign of false accusations against him.

According to our news partner, the Odessa American, Wallace Dunn was awarded $11 million in the Dunn v. Coday case after the court found Matthew Coday and the Oil & Gas Workers Association, Inc., liable for a yearslong campaign of false accusations against Dunn, a member of the Ector County Hospital District board of directors.

The 358th District Court entered judgment by default on liability on every claim in Dunn's petition.
