KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) - Nearly 17 years after a gunman opened fire at Fort Hood, killing 13 people and wounding 32 others, two Central Texans who witnessed the aftermath of the deadly attack are sharing their reactions to the Pentagon's decision to livestream the execution of convicted shooter Nidal Hasan.
For Julia Wilson, a survivor of the Nov. 5, 2009, shooting, the announcement has brought painful memories back to the surface.
Wilson was nine months pregnant when the shooting unfolded at the military installation.
