BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - The United Way of the Brazos Valley is making it easier than ever to help local students head back to school prepared, and all it takes is a trip to the grocery store.

The organization has partnered with Brookshire Brothers on George Bush Drive for a back-to-school supply drive running through Aug. 1.

Shoppers can simply add supplies to their grocery order at checkout, and Brookshire Brothers will collect the donations before the United Way distributes them to local students ahead of the new school year."You can grab one, you can grab 10, whatever you can do will help out," said Jennifer L'Herault of the United Way of the Brazos Valley.
