NewQuest, developer of New Braunfels Town Center at Creekside, continues to welcome new tenants to the area.

Ground has broken on a 1. 56-acre pad site for Chick-fil-A and 0. 75-acre parcel for Chase Bank, which are eyeing spring 2027 completions.

The construction sites bookend a stretch of FM 306 frontage that NewQuest has ticketed for additional class A space in the 400-acre mixed-use development, which includes one million sf of built space that is 97% leased.
