LIBERTY COUNTY, Texas - Two months after two children died in a RV fire in Liberty County, their parents are now charged with murder.

Meaghan Michelle Herrod and Michael Allen Matthews are both charged with two counts of felony murder.

They are both being held on $1 million bonds, $500,000 for each charge.
