Seguin's industrial footprint expanded Tuesday with the groundbreaking of Seguin Commerce Park, an eight-building light-industrial development slated for North Heideke Street.

Partners Real Estate, alongside representatives from the city and the Seguin Economic Development Corporation, ceremoniously broke ground Tuesday on Seguin Commerce Park, a multi-building industrial park.

The development provides businesses options never seen in Seguin, said Alora Wachholz, Seguin Economic Development Corporation executive director.
