Fredericksburg Toastmasters, a President's Distinguished Club within Toastmasters International, will host Luisa Montalvo, the 2024 World Champion of Public Speaking, for two free public events Sept. 17 and 18.

Montalvo will present her award-winning speech, "No Fear," on Thursday, Sept. 17, at The Edge Tasting Room, 384 Edgewater Springs Drive, at The Resort at Fredericksburg, 3567 U.S. 290 East.

Doors open at 6 p.m., with the program beginning at 6:30 p.m. The event is free; wine is available by the glass, and light refreshments will be served.
