Our Lady of the Hills regrouped at times from its horrendous first set Thursday against visiting San Angelo Cornerstone, but long runs by the Lady Lions in sets two and three ultimately doused any Lady Hawks' hopes of taking the TAPPS District 5-1A volleyball match to at least past three sets.

Cornerstone won out 25-13, 25-14, 25-15 to knock the Lady Hawks below.

OLH was down 13-0 in the first set before Emerson O'Neill made one of her six kills to stop the Lions' blitz.
