Muertos Fest will return to Hemisfair in October, bringing thousands of people to downtown San Antonio for one of the nation's largest Da de los Muertos festivals.

The festival honors the traditions of Da de los Muertos through art, live music and more than 80 altars created by community members.

The event is designed as a space for families and visitors to remember loved ones while experiencing cultural traditions tied to the holiday.
