LIBERTY COUNTY, Texas - An escape from HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood early Saturday has prompted a multi-agency search involving local and state law enforcement.

Officials with the Liberty County Sheriff's Office said 31-year-old Yorlan Rafael Reyes - a Hispanic male - got away from a correctional officer's custody at the hospital at about 5:30 a.m. Saturday then fled on foot.

Reyes is described as about 5 feet 8 inches tall and around 190 pounds.
