COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - The Mounce Public Library is temporarily closed because of an air conditioning failure, according to the Brazos Valley Public Library System.

Library officials said all programs scheduled at the Mounce location for today and Tuesday will be postponed.

The library is expected to reopen at 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 29. Officials said if repairs are completed sooner, the library may reopen Tuesday, July 28. Even while the building is closed, digital resources remain available 24/7, including eBooks and audiobooks, research databases and online learning tools.
