Just three months ago, Forbes magazine listed Fredericksburg's Food and Wine Festival as one of the top 10 in the country.

"We're the smallest community that has that rating," said Jim Mikula, CEO of the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce.

"Everybody else was New York, Charleston, Pebble Beach, Aspen, those places. So we're quite proud of that." Mikula was speaking at Coffee with the City Manager last week and summarizing Fredericksburg's economic trends as well as the chamber's goals and accomplishments.
