WACO, Texas (KWTX) - A Waco woman faces multiple charges after allegedly choking a child off the ground during an argument and later holding onto her young daughter while resisting arrest, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.

Alexis Aguirre was arrested Sept. 13 and charged with second-degree felony injury to a child, state jail felony endangering a child, and misdemeanor resisting arrest.
