The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) issued a CLEAR Alert for a missing and possibly endangered man who was last seen Sept. 16 on the Northwest Side.

According to DPS, Christopher Hicks, 37, was last spotted in the 9600 block of Stillwater Pass, which is outside Loop 1604 near Culebra Road.

Hicks is 5 feet, 11 inches tall, with brown hair and green eyes, DPS said.
