ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - Voters will soon weigh in on Abilene's firefighter pay negotiation process through two propositions on the November ballot.
This comes after the Abilene Professional Firefighters Association submitted a petition to the city.
The first proposition on the ballot would change the negotiation process from the current meet-and-confer process to collective bargaining.
