Pink Warrior Advocates, a New Braunfels-based breast cancer advocacy group, announced Wednesday that registration has opened for the 5th Annual Red Dress Run.

Although it's called the Red Dress Run, the event is essentially a bar crawl intended to raise awareness and funds for local women battling breast cancer.

Attendees - both men and women - are encouraged to wear their favorite red dress, meet downtown, then head to a series of four bars within walking distance.
