GRIMES COUNTY, Texas (KBTX) - The two Grimes County school districts set to benefit from the SpaceX Terafab project are preparing to approve their budgets for the 2026-2027 school year Thursday night.

Iola ISD's board holds its public hearing at 6 p.m. Thursday, followed by a regular board meeting where trustees are expected to formally adopt the budget and tax rate.

Anderson-Shiro CISD's public meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. at the district's board room at 458 FM 149 West in Anderson, Texas.
