WEST, Texas (KWTX) - City leaders in West underwent a complete reshuffling of council during a special meeting tonight, swearing in a new city manager, mayor pro tem, and mayor.

The changes follow speculation surrounding the departure of former City Manager Brian Daily, who separated from the council after previously being placed on administrative leave.
