WACO, Texas (KWTX) - A Waco man accused of murdering his cousin ambushed the victim inside the victim's own living room, an arrest warrant affidavit obtained by KWTX reveals.

Michael Calhoun, 43, remains behind bars at the McLennan County Jail on a $1-million bond for a first-degree murder charge.

Waco Police responded to the 2800 block of Summer Avenue at 9:47 p.m. on Aug. 9 after receiving reports of a shooting.
