At Monday's meeting of the Brown County Commissioners Court, approval was given to a real estate sale/purchase agreement with the City of Early.

The real estate concerned is 2. 2-acres owned by the County on the Old May Road that includes a barn which is currently used by Precinct 3.

The City of Early currently owns 5. 1-acres on Hutton Street.
