HOBBS, New Mexico (KCBD) - The Hobbs Police Department deputy chief is facing a felony sexual assault charge after he was indicted by a Travis County grand jury last month.
On May 6, grand jurors in the 460th District Court indicted Wade Lyons on one count of sexual assault and one count of official oppression.
A warrant was issued on Tuesday, June 9.
