HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) - The eastbound expressway at Business 83 in Pharr has reopened after law enforcement activity prompted a closure, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.

According to a spokesperson for the city of Pharr, a male attempted to jump near Business 83.

The city of Pharr's medical team responded to the call.
