ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - The University of Texas Permian Basin welcomed its new police chief, Matt Mull, with a commissioning ceremony Tuesday morning.

Mull brings more than 32 years of law enforcement experience to the campus.

He said his priorities as chief are straightforward."As I step into this role my priorities are straightforward, keeping the campus safe, building strong relationships, and ensuring our department remains a trusted and respected part of this university community," Mull said.
