The Greater New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce has launched a new leadership program this year, Pathways to Leadership, to expand their reach in getting residents involved in the community.

The Chamber operates as an intersection between business and community, and sometimes government, CEO Jonathan Packer said, and with a mission statement "to promote the civic and commercial progress of the area," the program is another way to connect individuals with the systems, leaders and organizations that make the city function.

"We're always looking for ways to do that," Packer said.
