CANYON, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) -- On Friday night the Canyon Eagles will begin the 2026 football season against the Snyder Tigers.

The Eagles are led by Head Coach Matt Lovorn.

Lovorn shared the past few weeks have been positive for the team, as they've worked to prepare for the season.
