LINDALE, Texas (KLTV) - 7 Brew Coffee is expected to open its first location in Lindale next year, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

State filings show the quick-service restaurant is expected to build a prefabricated drive-thru-only coffee shop at 3207 S. Main St. in Lindale.

Construction for the $1. 25 million project is slated to begin March 1, 2027, and end by June 7, 2027, according to the filing.
