NACOGDOCHES, Texas (KETK)-- Gov. Greg Abbott made a campaign stop at SFA to announce a directive to the Higher Education Coordinating Board to create a framework for a 3-year bachelor's program.

On Wednesday, Gov. Abbott announced a new initiative to lessen the financial burden of getting a college degree.
