A woman who was critically injured after falling off a horse-drawn wagon in North Carolina has died, according to her son.

Eddie Quesenberry said that on Oct. 17, his mom and aunt were seriously injured after a tree branch fell and hit a wagon at Lazy 5 Ranch in Mooresville.

Lazy 5 Ranch said the horses jumped after the wagon hit the branch, causing three people to fall and be hospitalized.
