Houston man acquitted of 2020 Bryan sexual assault, back in court on perjury charge
A Houston man acquitted of a 2020 sexual assault in Bryan pleads not guilty to aggravated perjury and possession of child pornography charges stemming from his previous trial.

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - 34-year-old Timothy Randall was back in court this morning.
While he was acquitted of a 2020 sexual assault, he's now facing more charges this time tied to his trial.
Randall pled not guilty to Aggravated Perjury and Possession of Child Pornography charges Wednesday morning.
