BROWNSVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral) - Jury selection began Tuesday in the capital murder trial of Rogelio Martinez Jr., who is accused of fatally shooting San Benito Police Lt. Milton Resendez during a 2023 vehicle pursuit.
