ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - State Rep. Brooks Landgraf said expedited plans are underway for a traffic signal at the intersection of Andrews Highway and 100th Street following a crash that claimed the life of 2-year-old Isabel Gonzalez.

In a social media post, Landgraf said that after communicating with TxDOT, he could confirm that work on the long-needed traffic signal is being accelerated.
