The man accused of attacking and stabbing a nurse inside a Texas Medical Center parking garage now faces federal kidnapping and carjacking charges, according to the FBI's Houston office.

Perry Bernard Green, 46, is accused of attacking a woman with a knife inside a parking garage at the Texas Medical Center on May 11, 2026.

The FBI Houston office announced Tuesday that Green now faces the federal charges.
