Laredo's bridge system is implementing a new trade tag policy effective August 17 that will allow southbound commercial truck drivers without credit to continue into Mexico instead of making U-turns.

(KGNS) - The city of Laredo is notifying the commercial trucking industry of a policy change at the bridge system that starts Monday, Aug. 17.
Under the new policy, southbound commercial truck drivers without credit on their TradeTag will no longer be required to make a U-turn.
