Uvalde City Council members could advance a new public comment policy and an agreement for management of the Uvalde Memorial Golf Course at their Oct. 13 meeting.

The regular city council meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Oct. 13 in the Willie De Leon Civic Center's Cactus Room, following a special meeting Oct. 8 that provided the first public update on the golf course.
