WACO, Texas (KWTX) -UPDATE (Nov. 4, 2026): Akylon Benson has been transferred and booked into the McLennan County Jail following his capture in Montgomery County.

Jail records show Benson, 25, was booked shortly after 12:25 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, on charges of exploitation of an elderly person (third-degree felony) and unlawful restraint (Class A misdemeanor).
