SEMINOLE, Texas (KOSA) - A traffic stop in Seminole on Nov. 3 led to the arrest of a driver who was in possession of stolen mail, stolen packages, controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.

According to the Gaines County Sheriff's Office, the deputy conducted a stop in the area of SE 2nd Street.

The driver, identified as Katherine Gibson, was arrested and taken to the Gaines County Jail, according to the release.
