On Sunday, Sept. 20, 12 dogs and 32 roosters and chickens were seized from a mobile home in the city of Kerrville.

The case began on Saturday, Sept. 19, when a woman turned over two puppies to Kerr County Animal Control.

The dogs had multiple injuries and appeared to be in overall bad health.
