TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - If you or your parents grew up with an indoor cat, there was probably a good chance it was declawed, but that practice has seemed to be slowly going away and for good reason.
Dr. Tammy Wilson with Flint Veterinary Clinic said the shift began gaining momentum around 2000, when more research emerged on the long-term effects of the surgery.
