HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- A 17-year-old was taken into custody overnight in connection with the stabbing death of a 13-year-old in northwest Harris County, according to authorities.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office said deputies were called to a stabbing call at about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday to the 3200 block of Bolton Gardens.

When deputies arrived, they found a 13-year-old boy who had been stabbed.
