At approximately 4:15 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 11, a Ford Focus sedan crashed into a construction vehicle on Junction Highway headed towards Ingram.

"The construction truck was pulling out of the parking lot," said Officer Cotts of the Kerrville Police Department on the scene.

"And she (the Ford Focus driver) just couldn't brake fast enough.".
