LAREDO, Tex.

(KGNS) - Two Laredo parents were arrested after a child tested positive for narcotics, according to the Laredo Police Department.

Officers responded to a child endangerment call at a local hospital at 5:30 a.m. Aug. 10. The department's Special Victims Unit led authorities to a home in the 4000 block of Eagle Nest Lane.
