Spectrum field engineering crews are nearing completion on sweeping infrastructure repairs across Pleasanton, following a formal demand letter sent by city leadership last month regarding years of internet reliability issues.

According to an internal update from Spectrum Area Vice President Paul R. Arredondo III, the provider's field engineering team has completed 92% of scheduled remediation work as of late August.

Final infrastructure repairs remain in progress for two physical locations on Sutton Street and School Drive, with completion targeted for Aug. 25.
