Lamontavian Booker, 20, was indicted by a Lubbock grand jury for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon following a July 2025 shooting.

Court documents indicate Booker arrived at a residence on 136th Street and shot a victim multiple times after a dispute involving a former partner and his cousin.

The victim sustained serious injuries from the attack.
