TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - A jury has indicted a man in connection with a fatal shooting at a Smith County Club in December 2025.

Aaron Gordon Johnson, 23, is now charged with murder after Aaron Jackson was shot and killed at the Valley Blue's Club, located at 52222 County Road 486. Aaron Gordon Johnson, 23,(Smith County Jail)Johnson was indicted for engaging in organized criminal activity in March before a jury additionally indicted him for murder and a second charge of engaging in organized criminal activity on July 9. Johnson is scheduled for a status hearing on August 13.
