Watching hummingbirds go about their business of survival is one of my greatest pleasures, one that has not aged since the first time I can remember seeing one of God's most amazing creatures.

These birds, one of the most visible works of the Creator, are about to temporarily vanish from our midst.

Our hummingbirds will soon begin their migration south, taking with them the joy and wonder they bring.
