Press release - Keep Texas Beautiful (KTB) announced this week that it appointed Hilary Watkins, the Keep Lubbock Beautiful (KLB) Advisory Committee Chair, to its board of directors.

This is the first time someone from Lubbock has been named to the KTB Board.
