A woman is dead following a fatal motorcycle crash on Interstate 10 westbound in Katy early this morning.

The crash occurred around midnight in the 2200 block of I-10 westbound near Mason Road.

According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, an adult female on a motorcycle was traveling westbound on I-10 when she rear-ended a tractor-trailer moving in the same direction.
